Do I need to leave GoHighLevel?
No. GHL stays your CRM. n8n sits alongside it and handles the work GHL cannot, then writes results back. Nothing gets replaced.
How does GHL actually talk to n8n?
Two ways. GHL outbound webhooks fire on events like a form submission or stage change and hit an n8n trigger. Going the other direction, n8n calls the GHL API to read or update contacts, opportunities and custom fields. Most builds use both.
Do you need agency level access?
Sub account access is enough for most work. Agency access is only needed for multi sub account setups. I will tell you exactly which permissions I need before you order, and never more than that.
Can it move opportunities through pipeline stages automatically?
Yes. Any condition you can define, based on data inside GHL or from an outside system.
Can you set this up across multiple client sub accounts?
Yes, on Full System or as an extra per sub account. Common for agencies running the same automation for several clients.
