I'm sorry I have to leave this review, but for upscaling artwork for print, I wouldn't recommend this designer. Although he's a great seller, The artwork needed lot's changing. He sent me RGB Artwork (Web Ready) not CMYK Print Ready, also, quite a few of the elements that I asked him to copy exactly...
