What's the first step to take?
Reach out. If you have any question, text me. It's important that I get to know your needs in order to set the correct expectations.
Which Package should I choose?
This question is quite common and you should write me with some more information about your business and website needs. Do not hesitate to ask me any question you might have.
Why WordPress?
810 million websites use WordPress, which is 43% of all the websites on the internet. It's a strong CMS that has evolved over many years and still has one of the biggest development communities today. It’s scalable and may be built according to your specific needs.
Can you install premium plugins or themes?
The files for themes and plugins should be provided before we start working on your website. The service cost does not cover any sort of licenses.
Can you help me with my branding (colors, typography, etc)?
For orders above $500 I can help with your branding. However, this will work as a light consulting, the final word will be yours and you'll need to provide me some information about your branding. In case you don't, I will proceed according to what I believe in your best interest.
Do you offer hosting solution? Can I use my own hosting?
If you already have a hosting solution you'll need to provide me with a FTP account to WordPress's root folder and admin account to current installation. In case you don't have a host, I can offer basic cPanel hosting (10gb space/ 1tb bandwidth) in a shared server for $120/year. Please inquire.
Do you offer domain registration?
If you don't yet own a domain name, I can research the best name for your business for orders above $500. Registration price will need to be added to your order. I can also research, register, set your DNS and maintain your domain as an extra service. Please inquire.
Do you offer content writing service?
Yes. Please inquire.
Do you offer content translation?
Yes. I can translate FROM English, Portuguese, Spanish, French, Russian and Georgian TO English, Portuguese (Brazilian), Russian and Georgian. I do not translate C2 level or specific technical content. Please inquire as I outsource some of these languages.
Do you offer logo design, professional photos or other graphic design service?
Although I can help you finding graphic design products or professional photographers, I do not offer these services myself.
