I will clean one CSV file or one Excel worksheet using up to three rules agreed from your sample. Tasks can include trimming extra spaces, standardizing agreed text formats, splitting or combining columns, and identifying duplicate records using the fields you specify.

You receive a cleaned copy, a duplicate or exception report, and brief notes explaining the changes. Original files stay unchanged. Missing or ambiguous values are flagged rather than invented.

The starter package covers up to 100 rows, 15 columns and 5 MB, with one revision to the agreed rules. Please message me before ordering if your file contains formulas, multiple worksheets, scans, macros or external data connections, or if you need research to fill missing information.
