FAQ
Do you offer refunds?
Absolutely! We trust and stand behind 100% of our work. So if you are not satisfied or happy with the result AFTER LAST REVISION we'll refund your money. It's that simple!
What if I end up needing more than 'X' revisions?
We understand that coming up to the end product you want can sometimes be difficult, so we are open to do more revisions than expected, as long as you’re clear with the direction you want to go ahead with the song, and give us a good feedback to work on.
Which kind of files will I receive in the final delivery?
We deliver MP3’s for the previews and WAV’s for the final deliveries, with the corresponding Stems (individual tracks).
Will I be able to monetize off from the music I purchase?
Yes, we currently cede complete commercial rights.
How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
We normally get the first proposal done in 5 business days, but it can take us 6-7 business days depending on the workflow and the scheduled day for the delivery. As for revisions, they usually take us 2-3 days (when the order has multiple stages, it would take 4-6 business days for every stage).
