Will my live Dubsado account be affected during the migration?
Absolutely not. I perform 100% of the work in a separate Dubsado sandbox/test project. Your live client portal, scheduling, and payments remain fully operational until you review and approve the final import. You have total control.
Do I need to share my Dubsado password?
No. I use Dubsado's secure Collaborator Access feature. You invite my email as a collaborator with specific permissions. You can revoke access instantly after the project. Your credentials are never shared.
My data is messy/unorganized. Can you still migrate it?
Yes—that’s my specialty. All packages include data cleaning: removing duplicates, fixing formatting, standardizing entries, and mapping tricky fields. For extremely messy data, I recommend the Premium package which includes a deep-clean audit
How do I know which package I need?
Simply message me with: 1) Your current platform (HoneyBook, Sheets, etc.), 2) Approximate record count (contacts/invoices), and 3) Any custom fields. I’ll recommend the exact package within 2 hours—no obligation.
Will my recurring invoices and subscriptions transfer correctly?
Yes. I migrate subscription schedules and set up recurring invoice templates in Dubsado. Note: Active payment links for future invoices must be recreated (I automate this bulk process at no extra cost).
What if data is missing or incorrect after import?
Before the final live import, I provide a validation report (record counts, sample checks). If any verified data is missing due to an error on my end, I will re-import it free of charge within 7 days.
