FAQ
Do I need to contact you before ordering?
Yes. Please send your final DOCX for a free compatibility check. I will review compatibility and confirm whether the manuscript is supported before you place an order.
What types of books do you accept?
I accept clean, final English-language Word manuscripts up to 50,000 words, including novels, memoirs, and straightforward text-based nonfiction. Complex layouts may not be supported.
Will you edit or proofread my manuscript?
No. This service preserves your approved manuscript and converts it to EPUB format. Proofreading, rewriting, copy editing, and developmental editing are not included.
What does “validated EPUB” mean?
Your EPUB is checked with EPUBCheck and additional quality checks for text preservation, chapter navigation, supported images, links, and file structure. This does not guarantee acceptance by every retailer.
What does the included revision cover?
One free correction round covers a formatting or conversion error caused during processing. Changes you make to the manuscript after it has been approved are not included.
