Can I Keep my existing business number?
Yes. When supported by your carrier, missed or unanswered calls can be forwarded from your existing number into the GoHighLevel system.
Will customers receive texts from my existing number?
Normally, customers will receive the automated reply from a GoHighLevel messaging number. Using your existing number for texting may require porting or another compatible arrangement.
What happens after the first month?
Continued managed access, support, and system maintenance cost $149 per month beginning in month two.
How will the monthly service be billed?
While I am a new Fiverr seller, each month will be handled through a fiverr custom order. Automatic Fiverr subscriptions can be enabled after Fiverr makes that feature available to my account.
What does the monthly fee cover?
It covers your managed GoHighLevel sub-account, continued workflow access, routine maintenance, and support. Variable carrier, registration, messaging, and calling fees are separate.
Is A2P registration required?
US businesses sending automated text messages generally need carrier registration. I will assist with setup, but approval decisions and processing times are controlled by the carriers.
What if my business does not have a website or SMS consent form?
Message me before ordering. A compliant intake form or consent page can be added to your order.
Does this guarantee more jobs?
No specific sales results can be guaranteed. The system is designed to improve response speed and help organize missed-call leads.
What happens if i cancel the managed service?
The managed account, phone number, and automations remain active while the service is current. we can discuss available transfer or export options before cancellation.
Can you add appointment booking or an AI receptionst?
Yes. Appointment booking is available as a gig extra. Ai voice receptionist setup require a custom offer.
