What design tools do you use?
I design primarily in Canva and Adobe Creative Cloud apps. Canva source files are available by default on Premium & Standard. If you need a PSD/other file, request it in advance — I can provide it for an extra fee.
Do you provide the editable source file?
Yes — Canva link included on Standard & Premium. For Basic I offer Canva as a paid add-on. PSD/AI/other files are available on request for an extra charge
Do you use stock images? Are they licensed?
I only use free stock (Pexels/Unsplash) with proper attribution where required. If you need paid stock, please supply the license or approve a custom quote.
What do I need to send you to start?
Send a clear frame/screenshot (timecode if from video), the exact title or text you want, examples/styles you like, and any logos/brand colors.
How many revisions are included?
Basic includes 1 revision, Standard 2 revisions, Premium Unlimited revisions.
What formats will you deliver?
Default delivery is PNG (high quality). JPG is available on request. Editable Canva links are only included with Premium & Standard or as a paid extra.
How will you deliver title research?
I’ll send 2 short, tested title options (Standard) or 6 options (Premium) via Fiverr inbox within the delivery time. Message me if you want titles before I start the thumbnail.
