Your contact list has 8,000 rows and you suspect half of them are junk - duplicates, emails typed with spaces, names in ALL CAPS, phone numbers in five different formats. You need it clean, and you need to know nothing important got deleted along the way.
That's exactly what I do. I clean data with scripts, not by eyeballing rows, so the work is fast and every change is accounted for.
What you get with every order:
- Your cleaned file in Excel or CSV (your choice)
- A change report: rows before, rows after, exactly what was removed and why
- Your original file untouched - I never edit the source
Typical fixes: duplicate rows (exact or by email/phone), inconsistent capitalization, stray spaces, invalid email formats flagged or removed, phone numbers normalized to one format.
Selling online? I do this daily on product feeds and catalogs from dozens of suppliers that never line up - SKUs in different formats, duplicate listings, prices and attributes that don't match. If your data is an e-commerce or marketplace export, say so and I'll handle the messy parts that a generic cleanup would miss.

Will you delete data I need?
No. Every delivery includes a change report listing exactly what was removed and why, and your original file is never modified. If something was removed that you wanted kept, I'll restore it - revisions are included in every package.
My file is bigger than 10,000 rows. Can you still help?
Yes. The package limits only exist because of how gig pricing works - the actual process handles files of any size. Message me with your row count before ordering and I'll send you a custom offer, usually at a better per-row rate than the packages.
Do you work with Google Sheets?
Yes. Export your sheet as CSV or Excel (File > Download) and attach it to the order. I'll deliver the cleaned file in the same format, ready to import back into Google Sheets.
What do you need from me to start?
Just two things: your file and one or two sentences on what "clean" means for you - for example "remove duplicates by email" or "delete everyone from this list". If anything is unclear I'll ask before touching the data, not after.
