How do I send the removal list?
Any format works: a second file, an extra column in the same file, or names and emails pasted straight into a message. I'll confirm the matching key (email, phone, or name) with you before running the removal.
What if the same person appears twice with different emails?
I match on whatever key you choose: email, phone, or name plus company. If a match is ambiguous, I flag it in the report instead of guessing, so you decide what happens to those rows.
Can you make my export fit Mailchimp, HubSpot or my CRM?
Yes. Send the template or a sample of the format your tool expects, and I'll restructure your columns to match it exactly. That's the Premium package scope.
