About this gig
Hello, I am Irina and I will be happy to create an exclusive 3D hand drawn interior rendering of your design project in realistic style.
To create an interior rendering I need:
- floor plan with measurements (ceiling height, width and length of the room, windows and doors)
- furniture layout plan with relevant furniture sizes
- mood board or separate photos or weblinks of the flooring materials, furniture, lighting, textures, colour palette
- any additional info/inspiration photos that can be useful to get your concept idea.
You can also provide me with existing photos of the space.
If the viewpoint is good, I can also draw a sketch based on photo provided.
If not, I will build a 3D model of the space, make several viewpoints and send them to you to select. Sketch will be drawn based on the selected viewpoint.
It will take up to 3 days to complete your order.
I provide ready sketch in JPG, TIFF, PDF file, in high resolution.

How long does it take to draw a sketch?
One perspective takes up to 3 days
Can I print out the sketch after?
Yes, sure. I draw my sketches with 450 dpi in CMYK colour profile. The sketch can be printed out on A4, A3 and even A2 paper sizes with no quality problem.
