Can I send a test photo before I order?
Yes, and I recommend it. Send me one photo in the chat and I will edit it free of charge so you can see the exact style and quality before spending anything. No obligation to order afterwards.
Do you keep skin looking natural, not plastic?
That is the whole point of how we work. We keep pores and skin texture intact and remove only temporary things - blemishes, stray hairs, shine, lint. If you want a stronger or softer look, just tell me and I will match it.
How many photos can you handle at once?
We regularly deliver 500 to 1000 images in a single batch, and we have handled larger. For anything over 60 photos, message me first and I will send a custom offer with the right price and timeline.
Will all photos in my batch look consistent?
Yes. For bulk orders we build one edit recipe from your approved sample and apply it across the batch, then check every image by hand. Your whole team page or event gallery ends up looking like one shoot.
What file formats do you accept and deliver?
I accept JPG, PNG, TIFF, PSD and RAW files (CR2, NEF, ARW). Delivery is high-resolution JPG and PNG by default. PSD source files are included in Premium and available as an extra on other packages.
Can you change or remove the background?
Yes. I can give you a clean white or solid colour background, an office or studio backdrop, or a fully transparent PNG. Background work is included in Standard and Premium, and available as an extra on Basic.
Do I get commercial rights to the edited photos?
Yes, full commercial rights on every package - websites, ads, print, social, client delivery. Your files are never shared, used in my portfolio, or shown anywhere without your written permission.
How fast can you deliver?
Standard delivery is 1 to 3 days depending on the package. If you need it sooner, add the 24-hour express extra and I will prioritise your order. For very large batches I deliver in stages so you can start using images early.
What if I do not like the result?
Tell me what to change and I will revise it. Basic includes 3 revisions, Standard 5, and Premium is unlimited. In practice I keep working until you are happy - a good review matters more to me than closing an order fast.
Do you offer ongoing or monthly work?
Yes. Several photographers and agencies send us work every week on a retainer. If you have a steady volume, message me and I will set up a fixed monthly rate that is cheaper than ordering package by package.
