Policies

• Upfront payment is preferred. Payment can be delayed until sketch is approved, but commission cannot proceed past sketch stage without payment, regardless of if you paid for regular or express delivery.

• Refunds are available but if requested after sketch is approved, only 40% of the original amount is eligible for refund. If final product is delivered, no refund is possible.

• Commercial-Use Fee: An additional fee assessed on a case-by-case basis to permit the use of deliverables for merchandise or other commercial purposes. Credit is always appreciated but not required under commercial-use. The fee also includes the original Clip Studio or Photoshop
