What file formats do you deliver?
We deliver in any format you need, including PDF, PNG, JPG, SVG, AI, EPS, and PSD. Just let us know your requirements before we start.
Do you provide source files?
Yes! Source files (AI, PSD, EPS) are included in the Standard and Premium packages. The Basic package delivers print/web-ready files only.
How many revisions do I get?
Revisions are based on your package. We always aim to get it right and will work with you until you are fully satisfied within the agreed revision count.
What do you need from me to get started?
Please provide your logo, brand colors (hex codes if possible), any reference images, text content, and a brief description of what you want. The more detail, the better!
Can you match my existing brand style?
Absolutely. Share your brand guidelines or existing materials and we will match your fonts, colors, and overall aesthetic precisely for a consistent look.
Can you vectorize any image or logo?
Yes, we can vectorize logos, illustrations, signatures, and hand-drawn artwork. The cleaner the source image, the better — but I handle low-quality sources too.
Can you edit an existing PDF or design file?
Yes! We can edit PDFs, update text or images in existing designs, and work with most editable file formats. Just send the file and describe the changes needed.
Do you set up files for professional printing?
Yes. We set up all print files with correct bleed, margins, CMYK color mode, and 300 DPI resolution to ensure they are ready for professional printing with no issues.
