I don't have product photos, what should I do next?
If you don't have your own product photos, we can effectively utilize images provided by the manufacturer. For the best results, please ensure the manufacturer images are of high quality. If you don't have manufacturer images, you can also take your own photos using your smartphone.
Do you include stock photography as well? What about product photography?
Our packages include a specific number of free stock photos. We can source additional stock images as needed for your project. Please note that we do not currently offer product photography services. However, we can utilize existing product images you provide to create compelling visuals.
Do you also provide 3D rendering for Amazon listing images?
While we don't currently offer full 3D rendering services, we can effectively utilize existing 3D models that you provide. Our team can expertly render these models into high-quality, photorealistic images that are perfectly suited for showcasing your products on Amazon.
Do you provide the listing copy as a part of this order?
The price listed on this page is exclusively for image editing and creation services. Professional listing copywriting is a separate service that can be tailored to your specific needs. We can provide a detailed quote for listing copywriting services upon request.
Do your rates include product variations (colors/sizes)?
The base price listed does not include images for product variations. However, we can create images for variations at an extra cost. This will depend on the number of variations and the complexity of the edits required. Please contact us to discuss your specific needs.
What file formats will I receive? What about editable source files?
We deliver JPG images in the standard Amazon format (2000x2000px). Larger image sizes can be accommodated based on the quality of your source images. Editable source files for product pictures are available as a gig extra. Editable source files for product pictures are available as a gig extra.
