I will build a license plate recognition desktop app

I will deliver a complete Windows desktop application for automatic license plate recognition using AI.

What the app does:

This is a custom-built application that detects and reads vehicle license plates from:

• Live IP camera feed
• Uploaded video files (e.g., .mp4, .avi)
• ️ Image files (e.g., .jpg, .png)

The app uses a custom-trained object detection model combined with OCR (Optical Character Recognition) to extract and log license plate numbers in real time or from media files.

Main Features:

• Modern GUI using Tkinter and TTKBootstrap
• Real-time detection from IP camera (via URL stream)
• Frame-by-frame detection from videos
• Static image detection with automatic cropping
• AI-powered recognition using custom YOLO model
• Text normalization and plate validation
• Automatic CSV logging of unique plates with timestamp
• Dark-themed, user-friendly interface
• Delivered as an easy-to-use .exe setup file

Live camera support is designed for IP camera streams (e.g., mobile app streams over Wi-Fi). Due to the nature of IP streams, live detection may not be 100% accurate or stable, depending on your network and camera source. This is highly reflected in the pricing.
