What exactly do you fix, and what's outside the gig?

Do you work with my theme, apps, and payment gateway?

What do you need from me to get started?
A Shopify staff invite (not your owner password), a screenshot or short screen recording of the error, and a list of recent changes like new apps or theme updates. I'll send a safe access checklist after you order, so never paste logins in chat.
Will my store stay mine, and can changes be undone?
Yes. I work inside your store under a staff account and remove myself when done. I duplicate your theme before changing anything, so every edit can be rolled back. You keep full ownership of your store, apps, and data.
