A Word DOCX is ideal, with the text final and proofread. Send images separately at 300 DPI rather than embedded in the doc. If all you have is a PDF, message me first: I can usually work from it, but it adds time.

Yes. Interiors and covers are built to KDP spec: correct bleed, gutter scaled to page count, fonts fully embedded, PDF/X output. The same files work for Lulu and IngramSpark. I can guide the upload or do it for you as an add-on.

Both. Standard includes a print-ready front and back cover. Premium adds the spine, sized to your exact page count and paper stock, plus a separate ebook cover. Already have artwork? I can lay it out to your printer's template.

Yes, with every package. You receive the packaged InDesign file with fonts and linked images, so any designer can pick up the project later. You are never locked in to me for future editions.
