They are included in Standard and Premium using a compatible backup tool. Basic can also use them when supported by the selected setup.
Can you back up Outlook PST files?
Potentially, yes. I first review the file size, whether Outlook keeps the file open, and the available method for obtaining a consistent backup. Closing Outlook may be necessary.
Do you test restoration?
Yes. Each package includes restoring a sample of files. This checks the configured process; it is not a complete disaster recovery test.
Does Premium cover an office with 25 computers?
No. Premium covers only the listed devices and data volume. Larger environments require a custom offer.
What happens if the first backup takes longer than expected?
Transfer time depends on data volume, upload speed, and destination performance. I review these factors before ordering and agree on a realistic delivery schedule.
