Is there any recurring fees to handle to keep the business working?
No! Not at the beginning. You'll only need to buy your domain name (usually $10 every year). If your website generates a lot of traffic and leads, you may later need to pay for hosting and email provider fees, but the services I selected are designed to stay at a very reasonable price.
Can you populate the directory with real businesses?
Yes, only in the Standard & Premium package. I use Google Maps data to add real clinics, doctors and other health professionals in your chosen area/specialty.
How do the lead forms work?
Visitors fill a form on a listing (e.g. “Request an appointment” or “Get a quote”). The information is sent directly by email to the health professional or your inbox, at your choice.
Will the site be ready to launch?
Yes. Everything is deployed and working. And I will handle the domain name connection. The premium package includes some training and an explanation of the services.
Can businesses add their own listing later?
Yes, from the Standard package onward, this form is included.
What kind of training do I get in Premium?
I will train you on how to use the services (Cloudflare, Resend, Supabase) and manage the directory day-to-day (adding/editing listings, leads) and give you the basics to improve SEO and grow the platform.
