Is the 3-month editorial plan included?
Yes. Every package includes a 3-month editorial plan. The package price covers one month of newsletter production and management according to the selected publishing frequency.
Do you write newsletters in English?
The standard service is for Italian newsletters. Professional English translation and editorial adaptation can be added as an extra.
Do you also upload and schedule the newsletters?
Yes. The service includes formatting, uploading, link checking and scheduling on your existing newsletter platform, provided that you grant the necessary access.
Can you create my newsletter account and template from scratch?
Yes. Initial platform setup and the creation of a branded newsletter template are available as an extra. Software subscription costs are not included.
Do you manage email automations?
Basic welcome automations are available as an extra. Complex CRM workflows, advanced segmentation and integrations require a custom offer.
Do you guarantee open rates, leads or sales?
No. I provide strategic content and professional newsletter management, but results depend on list quality, audience, offer, deliverability and market conditions.
Are platform subscription fees included?
