You will get a system that has:

A Google form that registers sales, purchases and production, with high detail level of what, when, how, how much, what price/cost, who did it, etc. It also helps to save clients that make wholesale purchases and suppliers.

A Google Sheets document where data is organized across different sheets. One sheet is for sales, another for expenses, one for deferred payments, another for inventory purchases, one for production, and another for production and inventory usage. The last sheet shows the inventory status and indicates whether purchases or production of products are needed. It also includes a summary sheet with analytics.

There are four automated emails sent every Monday at 8 AM. One contains a list of products suggested for purchase or production based on their inventory levels. Another includes a summary of the previous week's sales and an Excel document with the information. The third email provides the total expenses for the week, and the last email details the status of active deferred payments.
