Do you provide 3D files (3ds Max / SketchUp)?
Yes — source files are included in Standard and Premium packages. Basic is for final rendered images only. If you specifically need source files on Basic, message me for a custom offer.
Which software do you use?
I work in 3ds Max with V-Ray and Corona Renderer for photorealistic results. I also use SketchUp, AutoCAD and Photoshop depending on the project requirements and the file formats you need.
How do I send my floor plan?
You can send any format — a hand-drawn sketch, a phone photo, a PDF, a CAD file, or even just rough dimensions in a message. I'll convert whatever you have into a clean working plan.
Can you design without an existing floor plan?
Absolutely. Just share your room dimensions (length, width, ceiling height) and which walls have doors or windows. I'll design the layout for you from scratch.
Will the renders be photorealistic?
Yes — all final renders are delivered in high resolution (HD or 4K on Premium) with realistic lighting, materials and textures suitable for client presentations, marketing, or social media.
What if I don't like the first draft?
You get free revisions on every package. I'll keep refining the design until it matches your vision. Premium includes unlimited revisions.
Do you offer 360° virtual tours?
Yes — a 360° panoramic walkthrough is included in the Premium package and available as an add-on for Standard.
Can I order for a large multi-room office?
Yes. Multi-room offices, full floors and entire buildings are handled through a custom offer. Just message me with your floor plan and I'll quote you.
Is the design ready to build from?
The designs are visualization-ready. For construction documents (technical drawings, MEP, etc.), I offer a separate add-on. Mention it in your inquiry.
