I need to upload a video to the Apple App Store. Can I use this gig?
No you can't. You see App Preview videos cannot show an animated device or any special effects. You can upload this video to Google's Play Store though, no issues there. For Apple Store App Preview videos visit my other gig here: http://bit.ly/2iWGkPN
What do you need in order to produce this video for me?
I will need an app icon, 6 screenshots and for you to fill out a text form you will find once you place the order. App icon needs to be 1024x1024 (or at the very least 512x512) and all screenshots need to be a minimum of either 640x1136 (iOS) or 720x1280 (Android)
I want the video to show a different device. What are my options?
You get to choose if you want an Apple or an Android device shown. By default I will use the latest device for each platform (iPhone or Galaxy) but ONLY if your screenshots have the proper aspect ratio. If your screenshots are taken from an older device I will use an older device.
I'd like my promo video to be in a different language. Is that possible?
Absolutely! I can showcase text in: Hebrew, Japanese, Arabic, Spanish, Cantonese, French, German... any language, really. :)
I hear a voice saying "preview" during your demo video. Does that mean the final video will have a watermark?
No, of course not. :) The video you will receive will not have that annoying audio watermark. that's only there so that people don't rip the audio track off of my sample video. There's NO WATERMARK in the final video's image either.
Is the music royalty free? Can I use it commercially? Will my video be taken down?
The music track for this video was composed from scratch specifically for this video, and it's 100% royalty free. There will never EVER be any claim on this music track, since I am the only one who owns it. Your promo video will be safe no matter where you choose to upload it.
I don't want to upgrade to the "video recording" gig extra, but I already have some videos of my app in action. Can you use those?
Sure absolutely. No additional charge there. However each clip can only be 4 and 1/2 seconds long. because that's how long each frame lasts approximately. From a resolution stand point, your videos need to meet the screenshots requirements.
Can I change the music track to something else?
The music track I use is 100% royalty free. It syncs up to the animations and fits the overall duration. If you have a track of your own, I can add it at no additional charge. However, it won't sync to my animations. For an additional fee I can license a new track from any genre.
How much text can each frame hold?
Please watch my demo video. Each title comes with a word limit. You can also see how many lines of text can fit on each subtext. Keep in mind that if you can't read a frame's text it in 5 seconds, it's too much. If you add excessive text, then I will need to make font size smaller.
