Terms of Service & Revision Policy:
- Sketch Stage: Major changes (pose, outfit, expression) are ONLY allowed during the sketch process.
- Coloring Stage: Once the sketch is approved, NO major revisions (changing entire pose/concept) are allowed. Final revisions are only for minor tweaks (color or small details).
- Source File: The editable source file will be provided in layered .PSD format (widely compatible with most digital art software)

What do I need to provide?
Please send a clear description of your character and reference images (outfit, pose, expressions). The more references you provide, the better the final result will be!
How does the revision process work?
You can request major changes (pose/outfit) ONLY during the sketch stage. Once the sketch is approved and I move to lineart/coloring, only minor tweaks (color adjustments or small details) are allowed.
Do I get the source file?
The source file (.PSD) is included for free in the Premium Package. If you buy the Basic or Standard package, you can purchase it as a Gig Extra.
Can I use the artwork commercially?
Commercial Use is included for free in the Standard and Premium Packages. For the Basic Package you can add it as a Gig Extra during checkout.
What if I order without contacting you first?
To avoid misunderstandings or cancellations, please message me first before placing an order. Orders placed without prior discussion may be canceled.
