After 20 years working on Franchise Program Development worldwide, I realized that other enthusiastic individuals, entrepreneurs and companies, could benefit of such privileged knowledge, mentoring about a specific issue on a particular skill. Facilitating the mentorees growth by sharing resources and networks. Challenging the mentoree to move beyond his or her comfort zone. Creating a safe learning environment for taking risks and focuses on the mentorees total development.
Work process?
Well have a 1 hour video call listening to your ideas / requests and well explore your best options. Ill follow the call with an e-mail resuming the topics discussed and a proposal for following steps. If you want to share documents with me, I will review them and give you my opinion / comments
