I pull tables out of PDFs and put them into Excel you can sort, filter, and reuse.
This is for invoices, statements, reports, and catalogs where copy-paste wrecks the columns. Digital (selectable text) PDFs are fastest. Scanned pages work in Premium with OCR. Handwriting is a maybe. Send a sample page if you are unsure.
You get an .xlsx (or CSV if you prefer). Columns labeled, numbers as numbers, dates as dates.
I also write Python scripts if you need the same conversion every month. Message me with a sample PDF before ordering large or scanned jobs.

What PDFs work best?
Digital PDFs with real tables. Scanned or photo PDFs are Premium. Handwritten forms need a sample first.
Do I get the original layout?
You get a clean spreadsheet, not a pixel copy of the PDF. Tables become rows and columns.
Multiple files?
Standard covers up to 5 PDFs or 50 pages. More than that: message me for a custom offer.
Do you include a script?
The converted Excel is the deliverable. A reusable Python script is a separate gig or custom offer.
