What format should I send my manuscript in?
Word document (.docx) is ideal. Google Docs works too — export as .docx before sending.
Do you edit non-cozy fiction too?
My specialism is cozy fiction — cozy mystery, cozy fantasy, cozy romance, paranormal mystery. If your novel is adjacent, message me first and I'll let you know if it's a good fit.
Will my book be ready for Kindle Direct Publishing?
Yes. Standard and Premium packages deliver a Kindle Create-ready file that imports cleanly and displays correctly on all devices.
Do you provide developmental editing or major rewrites?
No. This is a structural and stylistic edit — pacing, consistency, voice, dialogue. The story needs to be complete before you order.
Can you format for paperback as well as Kindle?
Kindle formatting is the default. If you need paperback formatting too, message me before ordering and I can discuss it.
What kinds of issues do you check for?
Pacing dips, inconsistent character voice, dialogue that doesn't land, continuity errors, and anything that breaks cozy genre conventions. Not a line-by-line proofread — the edit a cozy author needs before upload.
