Yes, I can provide you with the best images for the service of your choice!
Do I need to ship my product to you?
Not necessarily. You can provide high-quality photos of your product. If you prefer, you or your supplier can ship the product to me in the UK to have professional pictures taken. The picture service can be purchased as an extra. The product can be shipped back to you for the delivery cost.
Do I have to pay for stock images?
Generally, no. Stock images for your project are included with the STANDARD and PREMIUM packages. If you require stock images for your BASIC listing (i.e. for lifestyle or action designs), I will be able to offer them at an extra cost. If in doubt, please contact me to discuss your requirements.
What do I need to place an order?
To work on your project, I will need high-quality photos of your product from various angles, your Amazon listing link (or a short description of your product and listing requirements), and your brand elements (logo, fonts, etc) if applicable.
Do I have to submit high-quality product pictures?
Generally, yes. While I can work with most images, a product picture with poor starting quality will affect the final results. Please contact me if you are unsure of the quality of your images.
What will I receive with my order?
You will receive web-optimized, Amazon-ready JPEG images with each package. With the BASIC package, a commercial licence must be purchased at an extra cost. The editable PSD file is provided for free with the PREMIUM package, or can be purchased at an extra cost.
Are source files included?
Editable source files are only included with the PREMIUM package. However, they can be obtained with any other package for an extra cost at checkout.
Can I purchase extra images?
Absolutely! Additional images are available for purchase as an extra, but they will not include the purchase of stock photos. If you require stock photos for your additional image (i.e. for lifestyle or action designs), I will be able to offer them at an extra cost. If in doubt, please contact me.
Do you offer discounts for big orders?
