Where are you based, and do you accept orders from other countries?
I am based in Nottingham, UK, but I will happily receive shipments from all over the world.
What do you need to get started?
Before placing an order, please make sure to contact me to discuss the specifics of your project. To make the best pictures for your product, I will need to know exactly what you are looking for. Some information about your brand, product, goals, website, and social media will also be useful.
Who pays for shipping and how do I get my product back?
Shipping will be your responsibility, and if you would like the product(s) to be returned after the order is complete, I will need you to send me a return label.
How many samples of the product should I send?
Usually, one sample per product is sufficient, as I can achieve most standard results with photomanipulation. However, in some circumstances, more than one sample may be needed.
Can I send specific props to be included in the pictures?
Of course, I am happy to work with your preferred choice of props and extras.
What is a revision?
Revisions are usually changes required on the editing of a photo, but they do not include shooting new pictures. If I make a mistake during the shoot that requires a new picture to be taken, I will provide that for free. Otherwise, charges may apply for additional pictures.
Will I own the copyright to the photos that I receive?
No. You will receive a non-exclusive license that will allow you to use the photos for your marketing purposes, but I will remain the copyright owner. If you would like to purchase an exclusive license, please contact me.
