How are work hours tracked and managed?
Time starts counting from the moment we initiate the remote session (AnyDesk/TeamViewer) or the consulting chat. Hours can be divided into different sessions or days if the project requires it, always with prior mutual agreement via Fiverr chat. I'm usually quite flexible in this regard.
What happens if my package time runs out before I finish the job?
If the network experiences unforeseen issues beyond my control (such as faulty cabling, ISP problems, or hardware failures), I'll notify you immediately. If you need more time to complete the deployment, you can purchase additional hours through "Gig Extras."
What do I need to have ready before the clock starts?
To make the most of your time, you must have: The TP-Link Omada hardware powered on and physically connected. A computer connected to the same network with AnyDesk or TeamViewer installed. The administrative access passwords for your main modem/router and the Omada controller.
Can you help me if I haven't purchased the Omada equipment yet?
Of course! That's what the Basic Package is designed for. I'll analyze your requirements, layout plans, and current infrastructure to provide you with a precise list of the ideal router, switch, and access point (AP) models for your project, preventing you from overspending.
What types of Omada controllers do you support?
I support the entire Omada ecosystem: hardware controllers (OC200, OC300), software controllers running in Windows/Linux environments, standalone instances in the cloud, and containerized deployments using Docker.
Do you offer support for physical problems or Internet Service Provider (ISP) outages?
No. My service is for engineering and remote configuration. I cannot resolve issues with damaged physical cabling, power outages, or service disruptions from your Internet Service Provider. These problems must be resolved locally or directly with your ISP.
Do you provide any documentation upon completion?
Yes. I will provide you with a brief PDF report detailing the applied logical topology, configurations, VLAN addressing, and key credentials so you can maintain full control of your infrastructure.
