How long does delivery take?
Basic: 7–10 days. Standard: 3–4 weeks. Premium: 6–8 weeks. Rush delivery available for 25% extra.
What format will I receive?
Full HD + 4K, H.264 and ProRes. Social crops (square, vertical) included in Standard and Premium. Source files available as an add-on.
How many revisions do I get?
2 for Basic, 3 for Standard, 4 for Premium. Revisions cover timing, color, camera, text — not complete concept overhauls.
Can you work with my existing 3D models?
Yes. Provide the files and I'll assess compatibility. Custom modeling is included in Standard and Premium.
Do you provide voiceover or music?
