About this Gig
This gig is specially created for all Realtors. I've been cold calling for over 8 years and Real Estate Agents listing type calls usually have the lowest conversion rate so therefore I'm creating a LOW BUDGET gig for all agents. If you are a REAL ESTATE INVESTOR or a WHOLESALER this gig is not for you, please check out my other real estate gig that caters specifically to you.
As an agent you should always focus on market research your due diligence will help you a lot and myself when cold calling to land a listing appointment. You should have a website and running ads is recommended as well, these are some tips from other realtors that I've seen work in the past.

This was my first time using this website and I feel that It was pointless. Glade that I only paid for the lowest cold call person. it was 49 calls but only 20 calls were made ( I guess ). I sent a PDF but was told that I needed it in Excel which I sent later and yet it was still nothing really done....
