I will (qualify your leads) call potential homeowners who are willing to sell their homes and ask if there is any mortgage, any major repairs, a timeline to sell, or any other questions you'd like me to ask. I'll then pass them on as a lead to you. Leads are contacted and if there is no answer, a voice message is left.
Please note that the quality of your leads list and also the quality of your skip trace will have an important impact, in terms of results.
Having a good skip tracer will help you acquire success in the Real Estate cold call game because it helps to narrow down your search and find a good lead source.

Yes, I do leave voice message drop with your callback number once it's set up in your system.
Do you provide a script?
Yes I do if you don't have one of your own.
Do you record your calls?
No I don't offer call recordings, but if you have a system that you would like me to call through where the calls are being recorded on your end that's no problem I will call through yours instead of mine.
When you say you'll make 50 calls do you mean dials or actual contact?
50 calls mean 50 calls whether I make contact or leave a voice message,as you have to submit your order before so I can't charge you base on contact because I won't know how many persons will actually answer and I have to set a fixed price due to Fiverr rules
What if each prospect have more than one number will you charge more to call?
Yes, in this gig only 1 number per prospect, if you have multiple numbers and you want them all called it will be an additional fee. Usually, prospects pick up on the first cell number in my experience!
I have a certain amount of leads how many appointments will I get?
Appointments are based on your leads honestly if they are great they will produce wonderful results if not it will be the opposite
Will you call numbers that are not U.S base?
I only provide calls to USA and Canada
Do you have a strong Jamaican accent?
No I don't I'm half American/Jamaican just send me a message and I'll let you hear my voice sample.
