What's the difference between developmental editing and proofreading?
Dev editing fixes structure and pacing. Line/copyedit polishes sentences. Proofreading catches typos last, once everything's locked.
My manuscript isn't finished. Can I still book this?
Yes. A partial draft is fine, especially for structural work. Message me what you've got and I'll tell you honestly if it's ready.
How does the free sample edit work?
Send your genre, word count, and a short excerpt. I'll send back real notes on it before you spend anything.
What if my manuscript is longer than the package's word count?
Message me before ordering. I'll point you to the right tier or send a custom quote.
Are unlimited revisions really unlimited?
Yes, within the scope of what we agreed on at the start. What that means practically is I'll keep refining the same manuscript with you until it's right, it doesn't mean starting over with a different book or adding chapters that weren't part of the original project.
Will formatting work for KDP, print, or both?
Both. You'll get a Kindle-ready file and a print-ready PDF, formatted to standard trim sizes.
What's the blurb add-on?
A polished back-cover or Amazon description, included free on Premium, available separately on other tiers.
