Yes, I do build APIs in laravel framework & Node/Express as well, but we can discuss its cost etc via google meet or zoom.

Yeah, why not? I mostly prefer to come to a google meet or zoom to discuss project's requirement deeply to avoid any mis-understandings and better provide you response and free consultancy etc as well.
