I will help build a college student a complete semester plan and weekly checklist
About this Gig
Every week, I meet with your student, look at what is actually on their plate, and build a plan they can follow. They get a printable PDF checklist and email everything due, plus weekly check-ins. No more Sunday night scrambling. No more waking up mid-semester wondering how it got this bad.
Your student is not lazy. They just have not built the systems yet that make a full course load feel manageable. That is what we work on together.

FAQ
Is this for me to buy, or my college student?
Either works. Buyers are parents purchasing on behalf of their college student, and the student becomes my main point of contact. If you are a student buying for yourself, that is welcome too.
How does the first session work?
Your student and I hop on video, they walk me through their classes and syllabi, and I build out their term in my planning tool while we talk. They leave with a printable checklist of what is due this week and a plan for the next one.
Do you work with students who have ADHD, learning disabilities, or executive function challenges?
Yes. My full-time role is in higher education disability services, so this is what I do every day. My approach is built around the students strengths.
What do you need from us to get started?
Ideally your student's class list and syllabi before the first session. If you cannot pull those together in advance, we will do it together on the call.
Can we pause during breaks or exam weeks?
Yes. The Premium package has a built-in pause and reschedule policy. For Standard, message me and we will work it out.
What happens if my student misses a session?
Life happens. Sessions can be rescheduled with 24 hours notice. If your student no-shows without notice, we count it as delivered, but I will always try to reach out and reschedule before that. My goal is to keep your student in the rhythm, not to catch them out.
Is this tutoring?
No. Tutoring helps with the content of a specific class. I help with everything around the classes: planning, prioritizing, deadlines, follow-through, and building the habits that keep a semester from unraveling. If your student needs a math tutor, I am not that.
How is this different from a therapist or an educational coach my student already has?
Therapists work on how your student is doing emotionally. Educational coaches often work on long-term learning strategies. I work on this week and the one after it. Very concrete, very practical, focused on getting the next set of assignments done and building sustainable rhythm as we go.
What if my student is not on board with this?
Coaching only works if your student is willing to show up and try. If they are completely opposed, no coach can force it. If they are just skeptical, that is normal, and we can work with it.
Do you meet in person or online?
Sessions are online through Zoom or Discord, whichever your student prefers. Video or chat both work. This means we can meet regardless of where your student is enrolled, and it fits into busy schedules easily.
