How to arrange the photos and video clips in order before sending ?
You can rename the photos and video clips as 1, 2, 3, 4, or 1anyname, 2anyname, 3anyname, etc., or organize them into a Google Photos album.
Can you deliver in 24 hours?

How many photos do I need?
