Do I need to provide my own server or API keys?
Yes — this gig is setup and repair only. You provide VPS/Mac Mini access, API keys, and any accounts needed (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc). I don't provide hosting or paid API access.
What if my Hermes Agent / OpenClaw setup is completely broken and I don't know why?
Send me the error logs or a screen recording of the issue before ordering. I'll tell you what tier fits and whether it's a quick fix or a full reinstall.
Can you work with a system that's already partly set up?
Yes — most of my work is fixing half-finished or broken setups, not just building from scratch.
Do you offer ongoing support after delivery?
Basic revisions are included per package. Ongoing monthly maintenance is available separately — message me for a custom offer.
