Can you use my own documents and data?
Yes. PDFs, Word docs, websites, Notion, spreadsheets, or a database. You'll share samples in the Requirements step, and I'll confirm how many sources your package covers before I start.
How do you stop it from hallucinating or making things up?
Two layers. Retrieval grounds every answer in your documents with citations, and guardrails make it say "I don't know" when the answer isn't in your data. I also run evaluations to measure accuracy before delivery.
Where does the chatbot get deployed?
Your choice: an embeddable web widget, a REST API, or deployed into your own cloud (Google Cloud or AWS) under your keys. Standard and Premium include deployment; Basic is delivered ready to deploy.
Which package should I choose?
Basic: a working grounded bot on a small document set. Standard: a production assistant with evals, guardrails, multiple sources, and deployment (most buyers). Premium: a full system with agent tools, training, and cloud deployment. Message me and I'll point you to the right one.
What do you need from me to start?

Do you offer support and updates after delivery?
Yes. Every package includes revisions, and I offer ongoing maintenance and improvements as a separate retainer, useful once your data grows or you add new question types. Just ask.
