With all plans, if your site goes offline or has issues, I treat it as priority (within 48h on Basic, 4h on Premium). I always keep recent backups, so in the worst case I restore your site to its previous working state.
Can I subscribe for multiple months at once?
Yes! Fiverr allows subscriptions for 3 or 6 months with automatic renewal. I offer 10% discount on 3-month subscriptions and 15% discount on 6-month subscriptions.
What counts as a small fix in the plan?
Small fixes are modifications that take up to 30 minutes: text or image changes, CSS tweaks, error fixes, plugin-specific adjustments. For bigger changes like new pages or complex integrations, we'll agree on an extra separately.
What if I don't need any fixes in a particular month?
The monthly fee covers the full maintenance service: updates, backups, monitoring, security scans. These run every month regardless of whether you ask for fixes. It's like insurance: you pay to be covered, not only when there's a problem.
Does this work on WooCommerce sites?
Yes. For WooCommerce I recommend Standard or Premium because e-commerce requires more attention: security, performance, frequent backups. Order downtime means lost sales, so extra care is worth it.
Do you work with agencies in white label?
