About this gig

Claude Code works far better when it knows your project: what the folders are for, what "done" means, and what it must never touch. I write that down for you.

WHAT YOU GET

- CLAUDE.md for your repo: purpose, folder map, conventions, the rules you keep repeating.

- settings.json with a SessionStart hook that prints your open tasks and uncommitted changes.

- Subagents (Team and up): role files such as researcher, reviewer, writer, programmer.

- Slash commands (Team and up): your repeated procedures as /commands.

- Company setup (Company): 7 roles, a /board-meeting command that writes its own minutes, and a runner so Task Scheduler or cron can run a command daily unattended.

HOW IT WORKS

1. You answer a short form about your project.

2. I deliver a ZIP you unpack into your repo, with a README.

3. Revisions until it reads the way you would say it.

WHY ME

I run 8 side projects from one repository with this exact structure, including a video channel that publishes daily with no human in the loop.

NOT INCLUDED

No video calls. No API keys or paid services. Environment setup only, not your app code.

I set up Claude Code so it actually knows your project. I run 8 side projects from one Git repository with Claude Code, including a YouTube channel that publishes a new short every day with nobody at the keyboard. All of it runs on the same files I deliver here: a CLAUDE.md that tells Claude what the repo is and what "done" means, role-based subagents, slash commands for repeated work, and scripts so scheduled runs survive session limits. You get plain text files with a README. No API keys, no paid services, no video calls. Everything in writing. Based in Japan. English and Japanese.
