I will provide neurodiversity coaching for adhd and autistic adults
About this Gig
You don't need another generic life coach telling you to "just use a planner."
Im Lucy, founder of Full Plate Collective. I work with ADHD, autistic, dyslexic and other neurodivergent adults who are tired of advice built for neurotypical brains. Im also late-diagnosed AuDHD myself, so Im not coaching from the outside looking in.
This isnt about fixing you. Its about working out whats actually getting in your way, and building something that fits how your brain works rather than fighting it.
Using my POPP Framework, we'll map out where things are breaking down and what support actually looks like for you.
What you get:
1:1 sessions (video call), tailored to what you need
Practical strategies, not generic productivity tips
A personalised notion board and written summary after, so you're not relying on memory
This is support infrastructure built with you, to work with your neurotype, not against it. No masking required.
Before booking, drop me a message about your needs and we can have a chat to make sure the support is a good fit!

FAQ
What is an Neurodiversity Coach?
Neurodiversity coaching is a specialised support service designed to help neurodivergent individuals (such as those with autism, ADHD, dyslexia, dyscalculia etc) understand their unique strengths, develop personalised strategies, and navigate personal and professional challenges.
Is this suitable if I’m not formally diagnosed?
Yes, absolutely!
Can this be funded through Access to Work?
Yes. If you are based in the UK, employed or self-employed, we can explore funding via the government Access to Work scheme
Can you only work with people in the UK?
No, I work with both UK and internationally based clients
I own a small business. How can you help?
With my experience in running my own businesses, I am well-equipped to help small business owners who are neurodivergent, particularly during their start-up and growth periods. I understand the unique challenges they face and can provide valuable insights and practical advice.
How long will we work together?
To ensure meaningful progress and results, I request a commitment of a minimum of four sessions from my clients. This timeframe allows us to establish a strong foundation, implement strategies, and evaluate their effectiveness over time.
How do i get started?
Getting started with me is straightforward, and I'm here to ensure the process is smooth for you. You can begin by booking a discovery call or simply sending me an email to kick things off.
Where can sessions take place?
All sessions will be conducted online via Teams or Zoom, however, on-site can be arranged at additional cost. Please discuss with me if you would like to explore this option.
