What if i have injuries or limitations?
No problem, i have 10 years of experience dealing with injuries, pain, mobility limitations, I account for the all injuries, pain, mobility limits or exercises you can't do. The goal is progress without setbacks.
Do you provide nutrition or meal plans?
This gig focuses on training only. However, i can include basic guidance to support fat loss or performance if requested.
Will i get supported after delivery?
YES. You can message me with questions after receiving your plan, and i'll clarify or adjust where needed.
How fast will i recieve my plan?
