Yes, I do create/make avatars for people. I also upload the final product or change some aspects of it and upload it after that.
Do you need my Username and Password?
Yes. But I store the information just for the duration needed for the job.

How can I know if I can upload an avatar on VRChat?
You need the rank "New User" on VRChat to be able to upload Avatars or Worlds.
