I work with OptiSigns and Yodeck two of the most popular and reliable digital signage platforms available. Whether you already have an account or are starting from scratch, I will handle everything remotely so you don't have to figure it out yourself.
What I will do for you:
- Create or configure your OptiSigns or Yodeck account
- Connect your TV, Fire Stick, Android device, or Raspberry Pi to the platform
- Upload and organise your menu items, categories, and pricing
- Set up scheduling so different menus show at different times (breakfast, lunch, dinner)
- Test everything to make sure it displays correctly on your screen
- Walk you through how to update your menu yourself going forward

Can you design my menu graphics too?
This gig covers setup and configuration only, not graphic design but can help you with your menu graphics, it comes with extra cherges. However if you already have images, a logo, or a PDF menu I can upload and display your existing content on the screen.
What device do I need?
You need a screen (TV or monitor) and a media player, the most affordable option is an Amazon Fire Stick which costs around $30 to $50. I can advise you on the best device for your budget before we start.
How do you access my device remotely?
I use AnyDesk or TeamViewer, both are free tools that let me connect to your device securely. You will be able to watch everything I do in real time and I disconnect as soon as the job is done.
Will I be able to update the menu myself after setup?
Yes. Both OptiSigns and Yodeck have very simple dashboards. I will walk you through how to add, edit, or remove items yourself so you are not dependent on anyone to make changes.
What if something stops working after delivery?
The Premium package include post-delivery support. If anything breaks or stops displaying correctly within the support window, message me and I will fix it.
Do I need to already have OptiSigns or Yodeck?
No. If you don't have an account yet, I will help you create one as part of the setup. Both platforms have free plans so you can get started without paying for software.
