A: A revision is for fine-tuning. If a specific game setting needs adjustment, a driver needs to be rolled back to a different version, or a Windows setting we changed needs to be reverted, I will connect back via AnyDesk to fix it. Revisions do not cover optimizin
Q: Do you guarantee that my FPS will double or increase by a specific amount?
A: No, because performance is ultimately limited by your hardware (CPU, GPU, RAM, and thermals). I guarantee that I will optimize your operating system, remove bottlenecks, and ensure your hardware is running at its absolute maximum potential.
Q: Is this service safe, and will it void my hardware warranty?
A: Yes, it is 100% safe. I do all optimizations manually and strictly avoid risky registry scripts or automatic tool software that can damage your Windows OS. Furthermore, I do not perform physical hardware modifications or dangerous voltage overclocking.
Q: What happens if something goes wrong during the optimization?
A: Before I change a single setting, the very first thing I do is create a System Restore Point. In the extremely rare event that your system reacts poorly to an optimization or a new driver, we can completely revert your PC back to its exact starting state with a single click.
Q: Can you fix hardware issues, overheating, or components that are physically broken?
A: No. Optimization can only fix software issues, OS clutter, and configuration bottlenecks. If your PC is crashing because your thermal paste is dried up and your CPU is overheating, or if a hardware component (like your RAM or GPU) is physically failing, software optimization cannot resolve this.
Q: Do I need to be present at my computer during the session?
A: Yes, you must be present at your PC when we start. I will need you to open AnyDesk/TeamViewer and accept my connection request. Additionally, if you purchase the Premium Package, you will need to guide me through your BIOS settings using your phone camera, or reboot your system when prompted.
