Do I need to already have API access to the OTA/GDS/supplier I want integrated?
Not necessarily — I can guide you through getting access if you don't have it yet. Some suppliers (like RateHawk) have fairly quick B2B onboarding; others require certification that takes longer. I'll tell you exactly what's needed for your specific supplier before we start, so there are no surprise
What if the platform I need doesn't have a public API?
This is common with smaller or regional OTAs. I use Puppeteer/Playwright automation to handle data extraction and syncing in those cases — I've done this for non-travel businesses too (e.g. automating credit transfers for a company with no API available).
Can you work with my existing booking platform instead of building from scratch?
Yes. I regularly audit existing systems before touching code, so I can tell you honestly whether it's worth extending or if parts need rebuilding for the scale you're targeting.
