What information do you need to get started?
Please provide your brand/company name and tagline (if any), a brief description of your business or industry, and any color or style preferences. You can also share examples of logos or designs you like (or dislike) to guide the concept.
How many revisions are included?
Unlimited revisions. I work with you until you’re happy with the final logo.
What file formats will I receive and do I own the logo?
You will receive a complete logo package with vector and raster files: AI, EPS, SVG, PDF, PNG, and JPG. These cover any future use (print, web, etc.). Once the logo is finalized, you own 100% of the rights to it.
What you offer in social media kit and stationery pack?
Stationery designs are collection of professional two sided business card with letterhead which makes your complete branding suiting with the theme of your logo design. Social media includes cover images for FB, Instagram, YouTube and Twitter using the final logo version.
How does copyright works?
Every design we make, you will have all the rights for the designs. Every designs that are submitted to the buyer will belong to the buyer.
How does the refund policy work?
If the client is not satisfied with the designs we created then we will surely provide full refund to the buyer.
How long until I get my logo?
I deliver the first logo concept in 24 hours for the Basic package. (Standard and Premium allow a bit more time for additional concepts: typically 2–3 days.) Fast turnaround is guaranteed, and you can request an extra-fast delivery if needed.
Are the portfolio samples a basic package work?
The portfolio work is premium work as they are best designs.
